Scottie Scheffler A Solid Play At Houston Open
4 years agoScottie Scheffler will make his fifth start of the season, coming off a T17 finish at ZOZO. Scheffler should be a reliable player in this week's field. Nothing stands out as great, but he is solid in every facet of his game. He ranks 20th in birdie average, 31st in greens in regulation percentage, and 33rd in driving distance. Driving distance and ball striking will be important this week, and he is more than good enough in both of those areas. He also ranks 63rd in birdie or better conversion and 69th in putting average, but that is still good enough to compete this week. He should be a solid play at $9,600
