Sergei Bobrovsky Winds Up Losing In Crazy Start Friday
3 years agoFlorida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky had a night he hopes to soon forget as he allowed three goals on 22 shots but went off the ice twice during the second period. This was all during a 4-3 loss on Friday to the Washington Capitals. He allowed two goals to Alex Ovechkin and the first to Tom Wilson. When Wilson collided into Bobrovsky early in the second period, that set off the crazy chain of events. Most importantly, it appears Bobrovsky is now okay. The loss was the first in regulation for the Russian who drops to 9-1-2 on the season.
