4 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Starling Marte is getting the day off on Wednesday as the team faces Mike Kickham and the Boston Red Sox. Monte Harrison is starting in Marte's typical center field post and batting ninth in the game. Since being acquired by the Marlins at the start of September, Marte is slashing .266/.288/.484 with three home runs, 11 RBI and nine runs. Expect to see him back in the lineup, in his normal two-spot, on Thursday when the team closes out their series against Boston.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
