6 years agoOttawa Senators center Matt Duchene picked up two goals with an assist on five shots with a blocked shot over 20:45 of ice time in Monday's 7-5 loss against the Florida Panthers. He also had a pretty successful night in the faceoff circle, too, winning 15 of his 22 chances (68.2 percent). Duchene has been red hot lately, going for two goals and three points in each of his past two outings, while totaling six goals and 15 points with a plus-9 rating over his past seven contests. Next up is a battle against the Wild on the road in Minnesota on Wednesday night.--Daniel Dobish
