4 years agoThis week's Players Championship will have a field full of elite golfers, but the biggest name in the sport won't tee it up at TPC Sawgrass. Tiger Woods announced last week that he will be forced to miss the "fifth major" due to a back injury. All signs indicate that this is a precautionary measure, but it is concerning to golf fans and DFS players. Woods won the 2019 Masters and looked sharp en route to a victory at the ZOZO Championship over the winter, but struggled mightily in his most recent start at the Genesis Invitational. There's a likelihood that the legend won't tee it up again until this year's Masters the first week of April. --Joe Nicely - RotoBaller
