Tough To Trust Jordan Wilkins Against Ravens
4 years agoIndianapolis Colts running back Jordan Wilkins had a surprising 20 carries for 89 yards and a touchdown last week against the Lions. While the Colts are still confident in rookie Jonathan Taylor, offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni was impressed by Wilkins' performance. The coaching staff stated that they will continue to explore ways to incorporate Wilkins into the offense. In addition to not knowing how many touches to expect out of Wilkins, the Ravens have been good against the run. They have allowed just over 100 rushing yards per game, which ranks fifth in the league. There is just too much uncertainty with Wilkins coming into this week, so he is probably best suited on the bench.
