6 years agoChicago Bears tight end Trey Burton is expected to be heavily involved in the Bears offensive game plan Sunday night against the Packers. Burton was signed via free agency with the expectation that he would have an expanded role in head coach Matt Nagy's new offense. Burton has looked fantastic in the preseason and an early favorite target for quarterback Mitch Trubisky. At first glance it appears that he will have a tough matchup against a Packers defense that allowed the fifth fewest fantasy points to opposing tight ends in 2017. Nonetheless, Burton is a TE1 option for Week 1 and could lead the team in targets to begin the season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
