6 years agoVegas Golden Knights center William Karlsson posted two assists with a plus-1 rating, two shots on goal, a blocked shot and a hit over 18:31 of ice time in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss against the Montreal Canadiens. He also won nine of his 15 faceoff opportunities (60.0 percent). Karlsson got off to a bit of a slow start, at least compared to his breakout campaign in 2017-18, but he has started to pick up the pace since the smell of turkey was wafting through American households. He has nine goals with 12 points across the past 14 games, although he has a minus-1 rating during the span. Despite the drop-off from last season, he remains a must-start fantasy option across the board.--Daniel Dobish
