6 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Wilmer Font (lat strain) could miss eight weeks with his injury. The Rays do not plan to promote another player to the position of starter but instead run another bullpen or opener day until Chris Archer returns. In the case of Archer, that could be July 8 or 9 if everything goes perfectly. In terms of Font, he is now a safe drop in all but the deepest seasonal formats.--Jamie Mellor
