4 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Yusei Kikuchi gave up three runs on seven hits through five innings and struck out six batters in Thursday's win over the Padres. While the stat line doesn't look amazing, this was the first game that Kikuchi didn't walk anyone and it was against the red-hot Padres lineup. Kikuchi has been pretty disappointing this season aside from one great start and doesn't offer a whole lot of upside for fantasy owners. Kikuchi is set to take on the Athletics on Wednesday and starting him is not advisable, despite getting a win today.--Steve McCarthy - RotoBaller
