5 years agoSan Francisco Giants third baseman Zach Green went 2-for-3 with a single, an RBI double, and a strikeout in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Mets. With Evan Longoria on the IL and Pablo Sandoval a potential trade option, the team may have to rely on the 25-year-old at the hot corner. Green hit for plenty of power at Triple-A Sacramento, batting .302 with 23 home runs and 59 RBI in 264 plate appearances. He also had a 32.6% strikeout rate, which he'll need to cut down on to succeed at the big-league level. There are no fantasy options to take yet until we see a bit more of Green.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
