Start Ryan Tannehill and Jarvis Landry Against Patriots

The Miami Dolphins square off against the New England Patriots in Thursday night's game in New England.  The Dolphins appear to be recharged since new interim head coach Dan Campbell has taken over.  Last week against the Houston Texans, the Dolphin's offense was looking top-notch, putting up 44 points in a blowout victory.

As the Dolphins travel to New England, they face a much tougher Patriots team that is 6-0 on the season.  While the Patriots as a whole are one of the best teams in the NFL, their defense has been hit-or-miss so far this season.  In terms of fantasy impact, the Patriots defense has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, allowing an average of approximately 18 points per game.  In fact, the Patriots have given up 1,630 yards passing and 11 touchdowns this season through the air.  Enter Ryan Tannehill and the red-hot Miami Dolphins offense.

Last week against the Texans, Tannehill threw for 282 yards and four touchdowns while throwing zero interceptions.  Tannehill threw all of his touchdowns in the first half, as the Dolphins ran a lot in the second half with the game out of reach.  Two of those touchdowns were caught by Jarvis Landry, who had five receptions for 83 yards against the Texans.  Landry has been fairly consistent this season, but has looked like the breakout player everyone was hoping for these last two weeks.  Landry has found the end zone three times in the past two games, with two receiving touchdowns and one rushing.  While those three scores are Landry's only offensive touchdowns of the season, they are certainly a good sign that Landry and Tannehill are on the same page as the season progresses.

Landry and Tannehill both make for good starts in fantasy this week.  With interim coach Dan Campbell at the helm, the Dolphins appear to be playing more inspired and certainly more efficient.  Look for Tannehill and Landry to do some damage against a Patriots defense that has been generous to opposing offenses so far this season.
