Top NFL Draft Targets
Tampa Bay and Jacksonville are going to be fighting for the top spot in the draft. While it would be interesting to see them both pass on a signal caller it’s not going to happen. Tampa Bay should wisely under no circumstances pass on Jadeveon Clowney (DE, South Carolina). He fits a need and happens to be a top defensive prospect in the draft.
