BALLER MOVE: Target in Fourth Round as WR2
Current ADP: 47 STD, 45 PPR
ANALYSIS: Amari Cooper has a current ADP of 47 in standard leagues, placing him in the fourth round of most 12-team drafts.
To put this into perspective, in 2014, Sammy Watkins was typically drafted in the seventh round of 12-team leagues, and reigning rookie of the year Odell Beckham Jr. most often found himself selected in the 14th round.
Still, Cooper may be undervalued. The fourth overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft has the potential to be a special player. His combination of physical abilities, football intelligence and work ethic is almost unparalleled in today's game.
Cooper is sure to be Derek Carr's go-to guy in 2015 in offense that saw almost 40 passing attempts per game.
The two appear to be building strong chemistry during the pre-season, so owners can expect a ton of target in the direction of the rookie wideout, especially since James Jones, the Raiders player with the most targets in 2014, is no longer on the roster.
Jones hauled in 73 passes for 666 yards, just 9.1 yards per reception. With at least as many targets, Cooper could easily rack up over 1,000 yards.
Don't let Cooper slip past the early fifth round, and don't be afraid to take a flier on hiim as early as the end of the third round in deeper leagues.
