BALLER MOVE: Target in Rounds 3-4

ANALYSIS: With wide receiver Kenny Stills and tight end Jimmy Graham shipped out in the offseason, Brandin Cooks is left to be the number one guy for the Saints. He should see an enormous increase in targets from quarterback Drew Brees.
Cooks missed six games last year, but with a clean bill of health in front of him, he should be poised to break out in 2015.
The second-year wideout should get enough attention to justify being selected as a mid-level WR2 in PPR.
