Case Keenum (QB, DEN) - 2018 Fantasy Football Draft Sleeper

BALLER MOVE: Target ~135

CURRENT ADP: ~145

ANALYSIS: Denver Broncos quarterback Case Keenum does not get enough love for making the move to Denver and giving them an upgrade at quarterback for the first time since Peyton Manning hung it up. Keenum’s current ADP is 145 and is the 24th quarterback taken in drafts.

The Broncos have been a team that seems to always play better at home and score more points at home. Last season, the Broncos scored 21.5 points at home and 14.62 points on the road. Two of the Broncos first three games are at home in 2018 and Keenum could be an interesting option to add to a guy like Jameis Winston this year.

A great strategy is waiting on quarterbacks. Do not spend higher picks on quarterbacks when you can spend them on skill positions that offer a higher ceiling on any given week. If you decide to wait on the position, these two will be available late in drafts. If Keenum and the Broncos can have a couple of big games to start the season, you could have Winston ready to step in. Winston could have some big weeks in 2018. Who knows, maybe Keenum is the quarterback we saw in Minnesota last season.
