3 years agoThe Minnesota Twins don't plan on limiting outfielder Alex Kirilloff (wrist) this spring after manager Rocco Baldelli said his wrist looks to be in a good spot. Kirilloff looked good swinging a bat on Friday. "If there was any concern at this point for him taking swings on the medical side, he wouldn't have been out there. There isn't," Baldelli said. The 24-year-old outfielder had wrist surgery last July, and he'll certainly be one to watch in spring training games. The former top prospect has plenty of upside if he's healthy after hitting eight home runs and driving in 34 in 59 games in his first big-league action in 2021. Kirilloff has impressive raw power and should have 20-homer potential over a full MLB season, although RBI opportunities may be limited with the Twins.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
