Chase Briscoe Has Interesting Adventure At Phoenix
3 years agoWe expected Kevin Harvick to be up this high after qualifying on Saturday, but insteada it was Chase Briscoe. Briscoe qualified sixth, just a mere eight-thousandths of a second behind teammate Aric Almirola. The No. 14 Ford did well enough in practice but suffered a cracked brake rotor after reporting a massive shake in the car. That is a bit of a concern for Sunday's race. Is there an issue besides the rotor? If there is not, then Briscoe may provide a little bit of value DFS-wise. One thing is for sure: The Stewart-Haas Racing car is fast.
