3 years agoKevin Harvick probably did not expect to qualify 16th for Sunday's race at Phoenix. However, that is where the No. 4 Ford will start. Two of his teammates are in the top ten but Harvick has won at Phoenix. Lately, he has finished in the top ten all six times since 2019. That is some consistency. However, for as close as he has been, his last win at Phoenix came in 2018. What is crazy is that Harvick has won on this track six times since 2013 including four straight.
