3 years agoUpdating a previous report, the Jacksonville Jaguars are giving former Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk a four-year deal worth up to $84 million on Monday, according to a source. Kirk parlayed the best season of his career in 2021 into a massive payday on the open market. The Jaguars have plenty of money to spend this offseason, and they have been the big spenders so far in free agency. The 25-year-old caught 77 of his 103 targets for 982 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 17 games last year. It's a lot of money for a receiver that hasn't had a 1,000-yard season in his four-year career. Kirk is moving to a less explosive offense with a downgrade at QB, and he'll be competing for targets with Marvin Jones Jr. and Laviska Shenault Jr.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
