3 years agoCornerback Carlton Davis has agreed to a three-year, $45 million ($30 million guaranteed) deal to return to the Buccaneers. The former second-round pick is signing on the heels of Tom Brady's announcement that he would return for his 23rd season in the National Football League, so it appears the organization is doing all it can to keep things in order on the defensive end as well. The 25-year-old has dealt with injuries over the years but has had flashes of efficiency, racking up 207 total tackles and six picks throughout his four seasons.
