Elandon Roberts Returns To Miami
3 years agoThe Miami Dolphins re-signed linebacker Elandon Roberts to a one-year, $3.25 million deal on Tuesday, according to his agent, Drew Rosenhaus. In his second season with the Dolphins last year, Roberts tallied a career-high 83 tackles (42 solo), six tackles for loss, one interception for a touchdown, four passes defensed, two forced fumbles and one sack in 17 games (15 starts). The 27-year-old is known as more of a run-stopper, so he's not attractive to fantasy managers in IDP leagues since he has only 6.5 career sacks in six NFL seasons with the Dolphins and New England Patriots. Roberts was a sixth-round selection by the Pats in 2016 out of Houston.
