3 years agoFormer Chicago Bears cornerback Artie Burns is joining the Seattle Seahawks on a one-year, $2 million deal, according to his agents. In his first year with the Bears in 2021, Burns played in 11 games (six starts) and finished with 23 tackles (19 solo) and six passes defensed. The 26-year-old was a former first-round pick (25th overall) by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2016 out of Miami. He hasn't been fantasy relevant in IDP leagues since his first couple seasons in the NFL when he accumulated 99 solo tackles and four interceptions in his first two seasons. Burns will help the Seahawks replace D.J. Reed, who signed a deal with the New York Jets on Tuesday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
