3 years agoFree-agent quarterback Jameis Winston is now expected to be back in play to re-sign with the New Orleans Saints, according to sources. The Saints were looking like the favorites to land Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson as of Friday morning, but the 26-year-old signal-caller changed his mind and decided to go play for the Cleveland Browns in a stunning move. Winston now looks like the best option for New Orleans, from both a real-life and fantasy perspective. The 28-year-old tore his ACL and was limited to seven games in his first year with the Saints, but he was pretty efficient when asked to throw and had only three interceptions. Winston doesn't have the ceiling he did when he was in Tampa, but he could pass as a serviceable QB2 for fantasy managers if he returns to New Orleans.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
