3 years agoThe Philadelphia Eagles converted $14.88 million of Pro Bowl cornerback Darius Slay's salary into a signing bonus, creating $11.904 million in salary cap space for the 2022 season, according to a source. Slay was named to his fourth Pro Bowl in 2021 in his third year in Philadelphia. He finished with 52 tackles (40 solo), five tackles for loss, three interceptions (one returned for a touchdown), nine passes defensed and two fumble recoveries returned for scores in 16 starts.
