Kyle Larson Not Feeling So Super At Atlanta?
3 years agoKyle Larson starts just 21st on Sunday from Atlanta. While he could move up the field, can the No. 5 car stay there? The Hendrick Motorsports Racing driver will need to likely draft Chase Elliott and the faster Chevy's to have a chance. Larson did have the 15th-best lap average. Also, his shorter lap intervals did not slow horribly (30.5 seconds at 25 laps). The question becomes will Larson be able to "pack draft" well enough. If the track plays out like a superspeedway, that could be a no on Sunday.
