Clyde Edwards-Helaire Could Catch More Passes
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is expected to alter the offense in a number of ways in 2021 now that receiver Tyreek Hill is in Miami. JuJu Smith-Schuster will be the team's primary slot receiver, while Mecole Hardman, the fastest player on the team, will take over Hill's role as the team's best deep threat. KC's offense will likely be more methodical and could use running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire more as a receiver. How many targets CEH receives will depend on whether the team re-signs Jerick McKinnon and/or Darrel Williams in free agency. The 22-year-old played in just 10 games last year due to injury and was targeted only 23 times in the passing game, but a bigger role in the passing game would obviously give him a much higher fantasy ceiling.
