3 years agoCleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson could be facing a suspension from the NFL, but it's unlikely to be announced anytime soon. "Our people are working on it, obviously these are serious charges so we're looking at this seriously," commissioner Roger Goodell said on Tuesday, adding that "there's no timeframe" on a decision. Watson, of course, was dealt to the Browns in a massive trade earlier this month and subsequently signed a record-breaking extension. However, the former Texans quarterback still faces 20-plus civil cases for sexual assault, leaving his outlook murky.
