Colin Kaepernick To Throw During Michigan's Spring Game
3 years agoFree-agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick will throw for NFL scouts during halftime of Michigan's spring game on Saturday. Kaepernick continues to stage throwing sessions with receivers in hopes that an NFL team will give him another shot. The Seattle Seahawks are the team most closely associated with him, but they're hoping to re-sign Geno Smith instead. The 34-year-old last played in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers in 2016, and there's no guarantee he'd win a starting job if a team actually takes a chance on him and signs him to a deal. Although it would be a very cool story to see Kap complete his comeback and play in the NFL, it's a long shot that he'd become fantasy relevant.
