3 years agoSeattle Seahawks restricted free-agent wide receiver Penny Hart signed his exclusive-rights tender and will return to the team in 2022. Hart will represent receiver depth in Seattle behind DK Metcalf, Tyler Lockett, Freddie Swain and D'Wayne Eskridge, and he won't have any fantasy value. The 25-year-old caught seven of 12 targets for 59 yards and no touchdowns in 17 games (no starts) for the Seahawks last year, and he has eight catches for 62 yards and no scores on 13 targets over 30 games in his first two NFL seasons. Hart spent the vast majority of his rookie season on the practice squad after going undrafted out of Georgia State.
