Justin Fields Focusing On Improvement
3 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields has orchestrated organized workouts in preparation for the 2022-23 campaign. While official offseason team activities begin on Monday, the former Ohio State Buckeye has been drilling with teammates Darnell Mooney and Cole Kmet while also working with veteran quarterback Colin Kaepernick. This is undoubtedly a step in the right direction toward improvement, although he has a way to go before convincing fantasy managers he's worthy of a roster spot. Fields finished his inaugural season by throwing for only 1,870 yards and seven touchdowns to go along with 10 interceptions and a hideous 58.9 completion percentage. However, with a new coaching regime in Chicago, a staff looking to tailor the playbook to Fields' strengths, there's a decent chance he could become a serviceable fantasy option at some point in the year.
