3 years agoNFL teams have been calling the Seattle Seahawks about the availability of wide receiver DK Metcalf. "I think they want to get a deal done. I think they end up doing it. But until they do teams are going to keep calling," NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said. The most likely outcome is that Metcalf inks a long-term contract extension before he heads into the final season of his rookie deal. The 24-year-old scuffled a bit down the stretch last year, and quarterback Russell Wilson missing three games due to injury didn't help, but Metcalf still had 967 receiving yards and a career-high 12 touchdowns on 75 receptions. However, if he stays in Seattle with no Wilson now gone, Metcalf could become much more inconsistent for fantasy managers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
