3 years agoNew Jersey Devils forward Jack Hughes (knee) will miss the remainder of the 2021-22 NHL season with a low grade MCL sprain in his left knee. Hughes was injured in Sunday's game against the Islanders, when the 20-year-old was involved in a collision with an opposing player. Hughes finishes his third NHL season with career-best numbers across the board, as the former first overall draft pick recorded 26 goals, 30 assists and 56 points through 49 games. Hughes also posted career-highs in power play goals (six), power play points (14) and shots on goal (165), and he will be a quality options in the middle rounds of fantasy drafts for the upcoming season in the fall.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
