3 years agoThe Cincinnati Reds officially placed starting pitchers Luis Castillo (shoulder) and Mike Minor (shoulder) on the 10-day injured list on Thursday. Right-hander Lucas Sims and infielders Jose Barrero and infielder Donovan Solano were also put on the IL to kick off the season. Castillo is dealing with a sore shoulder and will miss the start of the regular season, but he's not expected to be out for too long. With both Castillo and Minor on the shelf, pitching prospects Hunter Greene and Nick Lodolo will both begin the season in the rotation. They both have plenty of upside, especially Greene, but fantasy managers shouldn't be shocked if the Reds send them both back to the minors once Castillo and Minor are healthy.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
