3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel removed his team profile picture, unfollowed the Niners and has deleted over 80 posts from his Instagram account. It's notable with Samuel entering the final year of his rookie contract in 2022. Receivers around the league are getting paid handsomely, while there hasn't been any indication yet that the 49ers will be paying Samuel anytime soon. The former second-round pick was a Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro in his third season in 2021, gaining 1,405 receiving yards and 365 rushing yards while averaging 6.2 yards per carry with 14 total touchdowns.
