3 years agoFree-agent defensive back Tyrann Mathieu had a virtual visit with the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday, according to sources. The Eagles have emerged as a prime location for one of the top free agents left on the open market. Mathieu met with the New Orleans Saints this week, and although he admitted the Saints probably don't need him, it would be enticing for the Honey Badger to return home to New Orleans. The Los Angeles Rams might be another option, but he has yet to officially meet with them. The 29-year-old is a three-time Pro Bowler and three-time first-team All-Pro, but he's looking for the right amount of money and the right team and isn't in a rush to sign. In 16 starts for the Kansas City Chiefs last year, he had 76 tackles (60 solo), one sack, three interceptions (one for a touchdown), six passes defensed and three fumble recoveries.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
