Bengals Re-Sign Trey Flowers
3 years agoThe Cincinnati Bengals re-signed cornerback Tre Flowers to a one-year, $1.85 million deal with $500,000 guaranteed, according to a source. Flowers was cut by the Seattle Seahawks after five games last season and then joined the Bengals for 11 games, primarily in a special teams role. The 26-year-old finished the season with a career-low 39 tackles (29 solo), one pass defensed and one fumble recovery in 16 games (four starts) with Seattle and Cincinnati. Flowers will likely have a similar role in 2022, putting him well off the fantasy radar in IDP leagues. He was originally a fifth-round pick by the Seahawks in 2018 out of Oklahoma State.
