3 years agoAtlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies went 0-for-2 with a pair of walks and a strikeout in a 6-3 loss to the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday. The Atlanta bats struggled to get much offense going against Reds rookie Hunter Greene, who had himself an impressive debut. Albies has scuffled at the plate here in the early going, posting a meager .083/.294/.083 batting line across 12 at-bats (four games). He's yet to record an extra-base hit or score a run but he does have a pair of RBI and three walks to his name. The 25-year-old second baseman will look to get it going against the Nationals on Monday as the Braves open up a three-game series at home.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
