3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder AJ Pollock (hamstring) is slated to begin a rehab assignment soon according to his manager Tony La Russa. He is close to "80 to 85 percent", so a return before the end of April seems to be in the cards for the 34-year-old barring any setbacks. Pollock was placed on the IL on April 10 with a hamstring strain after getting off to a 4-for-7 start in two games as the team's leadoff hitter. Tim Anderson has since returned to the top of the Pale Hose lineup, but Pollock will slide somewhere in the middle of the order upon his return where he should put up sturdy fantasy numbers as long as he is on the field.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
