Randal Grichuk Back In The Lineup
3 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Randal Grichuk (back) has returned to the starting lineup on Sunday against Chicago Cubs left-hander Drew Smyly, playing right field and batting seventh. Grichuk missed three straight games due to lower back tightness, but he took batting practice on Saturday and was cleared to return Sunday. The 30-year-old right-handed power bat is still searching for his first home run as a member of the Rockies, but he does have four hits, two RBI and a stolen base in his first 14 at-bats in his first four games this season. Sam Hilliard, who had started in center field the last two games, will return to the bench with Grichuk back in the lineup.
