Kyler Murray Not Attending Voluntary Workouts
3 years agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was not present on Tuesday at the start of the team's voluntary offseason workouts, and he will train on his own, according to sources. This has been communicated as the plan for Murray for several weeks, and it doesn't come as much of a surprise with both Murray and the team still apart on contract-extension talks. The Cardinals continue to say that the 24-year-old signal-caller is part of their long-term plan, but it remains to be seen if they'll be able to meet in the middle after Arizona's embarrassing playoff exit last season. Murray missed three games due to an ankle sprain in 2021, but over a full season, he has the ability to be a high-end QB1 for fantasy managers.
