3 years agoMiami Marlins second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. has been moved all the way up to the leadoff spot on Thursday against St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Jordan Hicks. Chisholm was hitting eighth or ninth in the batting order for the first nine games of the season, but he'll move all the way to leadoff on Thursday. The 24-year-old will be much more attractive for DFS lineups, especially since he's hitting .296/.344/.741 with two home runs, two triples, two doubles, 10 RBI, five runs scored and a steal so far in 2022. Outfielder Jorge Soler has mainly been serving as the Marlins leadoff hitter, but he'll move to the third spot against St. Louis. Soler has just six hits in 42 at-bats with a .250 on-base percentage, so there's a chance Chisholm could stick in the leadoff spot.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
