3 years agoCleveland Guardians outfielder Steven Kwan (head) cleared the league's concussion protocol and is starting in left field and hitting second on Sunday against New York Yankees right-hander Gerrit Cole. Kwan hit the outfield wall hard on Saturday in the ninth inning, but the 24-year-old rookie remained in the game after being checked out by a trainer. The left-handed hitter is off to a scorching start in his first 55 major league plate appearances, going 15-for-42 with no home runs, seven RBI and 10 runs scored in 13 games played. He has nine walks and six strikeouts. Kwan has a league-leading .473 on-base percentage, and fantasy managers may want to continue riding him while he's hot, but he'll have a tough matchup Sunday against Cole.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
