Jamal Adams, Quandre Diggs Doing Well In Rehab
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks safeties Jamal Adams (shoulder) and Quandre Diggs (ankle, leg) are "doing great" in their recoveries from injuries suffered last season, and both players are taking part in the offseason program by attending meetings virtually. Adams underwent shoulder surgery last year, while Diggs had surgery in January to fix a broken fibula and dislocated ankle suffered in the regular season finale. "Those guys are doing great," head coach Pete Carroll said. "They're really excited, enthused with what's happening, really positive." Adams, who suffered a torn labrum in his left shoulder in Week 13, has a chance to be ready for training camp after having surgery in December. When healthy, the 26-year-old All-Pro is one of the best IDP defensive backs in fantasy.
