3 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Kris Bryant (back) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Friday. Bryant is dealing with a back injury and has been sidelined since Tuesday. The Rockies called up Elehuris Montero in a corresponding move to take Bryant's place on the active roster. The team has not yet indicated whether Bryant's back injury is serious but it likely isn't, considering how long they waited to place him on the IL. Bryant is hitting .281 with 11 runs and eight RBI over 57 at-bats in his first season with the Rockies.--Matt T - RotoBaller
