3 years agoAtlanta Braves closer Kenley Jansen continued his perfect save conversions this season in Monday's 5-2 win over the Mets. Jansen entered the game to pitch the ninth inning up by three and pitched a scoreless inning, allowing a single with no walks and a strikeout. The veteran has gotten off to a strong start with his new team, converting all seven of his save opportunities with a 2.70 ERA, 13 strikeouts, and two walks in 10 innings pitched. He has historically been one of fantasy's top closers, but there was some skepticism that he could be quite as good this season.
