Connor Joe Sitting Out Thursday
3 years agoColorado Rockies outfielder Connor Joe is not in the starting lineup on Thursday against the Washington Nationals. It will be his first day off since April 20. Joe has been swinging a hot bat of late and has his average up to .272 with four home runs, 10 RBI, 16 runs scored and one stolen base in his first 23 games of the regular season. Charlie Blackmon moves up to the leadoff spot and is in right field, while Yonathan Daza will start in center field and bat second on Thursday against Nationals right-hander Aaron Sanchez. Blackmon and Daza could both be worthwhile DFS investments on Thursday at Coors Field. Fantasy managers will want to get Joe back into their lineups on Friday in season-long formats.
