Ravens Reportedly Interested In Jarvis Landry
3 years agoFree-agent wide receiver Jarvis Landry remains unsigned. After it was believed the Browns were looking to bring him back, another AFC North team, the Ravens, have reportedly shown interest in acquiring the veteran's services ahead of the 2022-23 season. Baltimore desperately needs help from a pass-catching standpoint, even more so after the birds sent Marquise Brown to the Cardinals on draft night. However, Landry, who is coming off the worst year of his career by finishing with only 570 yards and two touchdowns off 52 catches, may not be the answer. Fortunately, he likely won't have much competition for playing time outside Rashod Bateman and Mark Andrews if he signs with the organization. Lamar Jackson is also more proven than Baker Mayfield. Yet, with the Ravens known to utilize the run more often than not, there may not be enough balls to go around for Landry to resurrect his career in Baltimore, which obviously wouldn't be ideal for fantasy managers.
