Brandon Lowe Lifts Two Dingers In Win
3 years agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe launched a pair of long balls to help his club defeat the Mariners 8-2 on Saturday night. The left-handed slugger victimized Marco Gonzales in the fourth inning and then again in the sixth as he also added a pair of walks to finish the game going 2-for-3 with three runs and two RBI. The homers now give him five on the year to go along with 18 runs, 11 RBI, one steal, and a .214 BA through 27 games played. Lowe had been slumping a bit at the dish with his last home run coming on April 14, but he's 7-for-19 in May, so here's hoping this performance kicks off a solid fantasy streak.
