3 years agoChicago White Sox manager Tony LaRussa reiterated Sunday that third baseman Yoan Moncada (oblique) should return to the team from the 10-day injured list on Monday and bat second in the lineup, per MLB.com's Scott Merkin. The 26-year-old has been sidelined for the first month of the 2022 season due to a strained right oblique. Moncada slashed .263/.375/.412 with 14 home runs, 61 RBI, 74 runs, and three stolen bases over 144 games in 2021, so he should be a useful fantasy option at a relatively shallow position once he returns.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
